Process Cooling experts IsoCool have announced a raft of new appointments and a broad investment strategy, to accompany their acquisition by Italy’s most well established and renowned process cooling and refrigeration machinery manufacturers.

Essex based IsoCool Ltd has been acquired by the Italian cooling group, Eurochiller. IsoCool supply energy saving and performance enhancing cooling systems to an extensive range of industries. They have a respected reputation within the area of manufacturing and particularly the plastics processing sector. Their accreditation from The Carbon Trust has underlined the credibility of the company in recent years.

Eurochiller, headquartered just south-west of Milan, Italy, are energetically innovative manufacturers of cooling systems. Their focus is on environmentally credible, energy saving solutions for their customers and bespoke solutions for individual needs are a priority for them. Founded in 1990, the company has a strong reputation in the international markets and plays a leading role in plastics process cooling thanks to its technically innovative and reliable solutions, backed in many cases by patents. The Eurochiller Group actually comprises three industry-leading specialist companies that come together to offer its customers world-class products and services of the highest quality.

Nigel Hallett, owner and Managing Director of IsoCool comments:

“We have worked as a partner of Eurochiller for many years. Both companies know each other very well, with many complimentary competencies and we have achieved an enviable level of co-operation. It has, therefore, been a natural progression for Eurochiller to acquire IsoCool and I believe that this will make both companies stronger.”

The acquisition will see Nigel Hallett take on a new, more targeted role as Sales and Marketing Director with Angus Hall moving into the role of Managing Director. Angus has a long career history of involvement in the cooling and manufacturing industries across the world and has particular experience in strategic business growth. IsoCool have also recently appointed Luke Eccles as Northern Area Sales Manager and predict further expansion in the future.

IsoCool have recently been announced as Finalists in the Plastics Industry Awards for 2018. The awards ceremony will take place at The Hilton on Park Lane, in London, in September.
