Eurochiller present new innovations in process cooling systems which improve performance and flexibility.

Early summer and plastics processors thoughts turn to Milan and the highly acclaimed Plast Exhibition. Eurochiller, manufacturers of world-class process cooling systems have displayed at this event since 1991 and for 2018 will take 2 stands to introduce their new technology.

In Hall 22 Stand C62 injection moulders will discover the Geniux, described by the company as a technological evolution for cooling systems for the next ten years. The Geniux design incorporates two patents and Eurochiller see it as a showcase of their innovative expertise, particularly in the field of improved efficiency and energy saving.

Additionally on display, alongside a comprehensive presentation of temperature control units, will be the smallest “ONE” model of their ICEtemp line of Thermochillers. A beside the machine water-cooled chiller, this provides a cooling/heating capacity equal to the requirements of an 80/100 tonne injection moulding machine. It complies with recent “Eco-Design” European regulations and the Industry 4.0 directive.

An adiabatic cooler may also be seen in combination with two beside the machine thermochillers.

In Hall 15 Stand B22 Blown Film extruders can see a new ABF (Air Blown Film) cooler. Internal design improvements have significantly increased the performance of this chiller. More flexible in air flow rates and temperatures, the chiller is a breeze to use. Additionally, temperatures, flow rates, pressures and absorptions can now be continually monitored by a new microprocessor control, aligned with the EuroChiller “ON AIR” remote control system. Alternatively, users may make a direct connection with the computer controlling the extrusion line.

On the Stand in Hall 15, Eurochiller will be exhibiting three water Temperature Control Units specifically designed to work in combination with an extrusion system and an air-cooled chiller integrating both the adiabatic and the free-cooling technologies to promote efficiency and energy savings.
