Temperature Control Units

We offer a wide range of temperature control units offering temperatures up to 350°C. Built by industry leading manufacturer Eurochiller, each offer precision temperature control, exceptional reliability and low maintenance costs.

Water or oil temperature controllers

• Units can be fitted with:
  • Submersible pumps without mechanical seal (pressure/ leak stop function)
  • Centrifugal pump for temperatures up to 200°C.
  • Pumps with magnetic drive without mechanical seal for temperatures up to 350°C.
• Can be custom manufactured according to your specific heating capacity, pump flow rate and cooling capacity.
• Can be supplied complete with indirect cooling heat exchanger.
• All units are supplied with water filling system, water pressure gauge, and Y shape filters to protect water circuits.
• Low temperature versions also available.

We also provide bespoke systems to suit your specific needs of flow rate, pressure and temperature tolerance. Additionally, interface to the process machinery via remote control is also available.

Rosso Blu Thermochiller

The RB Thermochiller is an innovative multi-zone thermochiller with heating capacity from 6 to 54kw and cooling capacity between 10 and 133kW. The units have one, two or three zones which can be sited beside the process machinery, to automatically control the temperature according to the specific heating or cooling needs of the process. Temperature ranges from +5 °C to +90 °C.

3 Flows

An innovative energy saving device that utilises the 'cold zone' of the heater to reduce the heat up and starting time of the process, resulting in a reduction in energy consumption.

PID control adjustment is consequently improved, reacting to the heat/cool variation very quickly thus maintaining the set point within a very close tolerance.

The equipment temperature range is between 20°C and 140°C with heating capacities from 6kW to 12kW.
